This postcard is a Rick Griffin designed advertisement for a concert by Quicksilver Messenger Service, Phoenix, and Siegal Schwall that happened on July 4th, 1967 at San Francisco's Avalon Ballroom. Features great symbolism like the all-seeing eye, the stars and stripes shield, and an American eagle holding a banner that reads "may the baby Jesus shut your mouth and open your mind".
